Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

Die SBE network solutions GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Bad Friedrichshall. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Stuttgart unter HRB 106966 eingetragen.

2. Allgemeines

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert, was der bisherigen Handhabung entspricht.

3. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko ist durch pauschale Abschläge berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags (d. h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

4. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist unter Angabe der Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres im Anlagenspiegel (Anlage zum Anhang) dargestellt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Von den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen haben TEUR 833,0 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten haben grundsätzlich eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von TEUR 121,5 (Vorjahr: TEUR 13,1).

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr bestanden in Höhe von TEUR 628,2 (Vorjahr: TEUR 159,4). Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestanden in Höhe von TEUR 363,9 (Vorjahr: TEUR 0,0).

Haftungsverhältnisse

Zum Abschlusszeitpunkt bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse i.S. § 251.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Der Gesamtbetrag der sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen aus Miet-. Leasing- und Wartungsverträgen beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag TEUR 431.
