Anhang

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Soft Project GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2024 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

2. Angaben zu Bilanzierung und Bewertung
einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Die Bilanz ist aufgestellt unter Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses (§ 268 Abs. 1 HGB).

Das Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich der bisher aufgelaufenen und im Geschäftsjahr planmäßig fortgeführten Abschreibungen bewertet.

Die Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen erfolgten entweder linear oder degressiv unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer. Dabei werden in Anwendung des § 254 HGB auch steuerliche Vorschriften beachtet.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen den über den Vorauszahlungen liegenden Aufwand.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur
Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung der Anlagepositionen zum 31. Dezember 2024 ist dem Anlagespielgel, aufgestellt gemäß § 268 Abs. 2 HGB, zu entnehmen.

Vorschlag zur Ergebnisverwendung

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit den Gesellschaftern folgende Ergebnisverwendung vor: Der Jahresfehlbetrag wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt worden.

4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Namen der Geschäftsführer

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Karl Schrader, Bad Salzdetfurth geführt.
