Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Die Firma Technolution SW GmbH erfüllt zum Bilanzstichtag die Kriterien für eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gliederungsschema des Gesamtkostenverfahrens aufgestellt.

Angaben zur Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit
abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die Abschreibungen werden entsprechend der festgelegten betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.

Die Bestände zum Vorratsvermögen wurden zum Bilanzstichtag aufgenommen und mit den Herstellungskosten bewertet.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nennwert. Den in den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen enthaltenen Risiken wird durch Bildung angemessener Pauschalwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Die Bewertung der Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgt zum Nennwert.

Die Steuer- und sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert.

Angaben zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr ergeben sich aus dem Anlagespiegel.

Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 0,00.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen Rückstellungen für Personal, Aufbewahrungspflichten, Gewährleistung und Abschluss- und Prüfungskosten.

Die sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen i. S. des § 285 Nr. 3 HGB, die nicht in der Bilanz erscheinen und auch nicht nach § 251 HGB anzugeben sind, betragen aus Miet- Pacht und Leasingverträgen jährlich insgesamt T€ 20.

Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung für die Verwendung des Ergebnisses

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von 633.080,16 € auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
