Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Sinabis Analytics GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 242 bis 256, 264 ff. HGB) unter Beachtung des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten - und soweit abnutzbar - vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer bewertet.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt, wobei die jeweils kürzeste steuerlich für zulässig gehaltene Nutzungsdauer angesetzt

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Anschaffungspreis von 800,00 EUR sind voll abgeschrieben und im Anlageverzeichnis als Abgang behandelt worden
Die Vorräte sind mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände und die liquiden Mittel werden mit den Nominalwerten ausgewiesen.

Die Rückstellungen enthalten sämtliche nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Verpflichtungen und Risiken und werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben i. H. v. € 60.000 eine Restlaufzeit von über 1 Jahr.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen vor allem ausstehende Kosten, Tantiemen und Aufbewahrungskosten sowie Jahresabschluss- und Prüfungskosten.
In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 182,40 enthalten.

Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 II HGB) aufgestellt.

Die Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Ertrag belasten in voller Höhe das Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit (§ 285 Nr. 6 HGB).

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 13 Arbeitnehmer(innen) beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch
