Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Berichtsfirma ist zum Abschlusszeitpunkt im Sinne dieser Vorschriften als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft einzustufen.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2023 ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes vom 25. Mai 2009 (BilMoG) aufgestellt.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Bestimmungen der §§ 266 und 275 HGB. Die Bilanz ist in Kontoform, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen, Grundstücksrechte nicht mit Grundstückslasten verrechnet.

Das Anlage- und Umlaufvermögen, das Eigenkapital und die Schulden sind in der Bilanz gesondert ausgewiesen und hinreichend gegliedert.

Dem Anlagevermögen sind nur Gegenstände zugeordnet, die dem Geschäftsbetrieb dauernd zu dienen geeignet und bestimmt sind. Die auf den Jahresabschluss angewendeten Darstellungsgrundsätze sind beibehalten worden.

Der Jahresabschluss vermittelt ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma CentricCom AG wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Änderungen auf Grund der ab 01.01.2010 anzuwendenden Regelungen des BilMoG ergeben sich nicht.

Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden, gegenüber dem Vorjahr unveränderten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Bilanzierungsmethoden:

Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist.

Die Bilanzierungsverbote nach § 248 wurden beachtet.

Bewertungsmethoden:

Die angewandten Bewertungsmethoden orientieren sich grundsätzlich an den handelrechtlichen Bestimmungen. Soweit zulässig wurden steuerrechtliche Regelungen mit berücksichtigt.

Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorhergehenden Geschäftsjahres überein.

Bei der Bewertung wird von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen. Dem stehen weder tatsächliche noch rechtliche Gründe entgegen.

Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden sind einzeln bewertet worden.

Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden. Namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und dem Tag der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind. Gewinne wurden nur berücksichtigt, soweit diese am Abschlussstichtag realisiert waren.

Aufwendungen und Erträge sind unabhängig von den Zeitpunkten der entsprechenden Zahlungen im Jahresabschluss erfasst.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Bei der Bemessung der planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurde von der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer unter Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen Nutzungsverhältnisse ausgegangen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800,00 EUR wurden im Zugangsjahr nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG sofort in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte wurden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Das Grundkapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die auf den Jahresabschluss angewandten Bewertungsmethoden sind beibehalten worden.

Angaben zu Bilanzposten

Zu den Verbindlichkeiten sind gemäß § 268 Abs. 5 Satz 1 und § 285 Abs. 1 HGB keine Angaben zu machen, da die Laufzeiten weniger als 5 Jahr betragen.
