Anhang

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear oder degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt.
Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 150 Euro (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben, für Werte größer 150 Euro bis 1.000 Euro wird ein Sammelposten gebildet und in 5 Jahren abeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Informationen zur Bilanz

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr betrug zum Bilanzstichtag 3.715,80 Euro.

C. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführungsorgane
Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Frank Huth geführt. Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt. Der ausgeübte Beruf des Geschäftsführers besteht in der Geschäftsführung und der Vertretung der Gesellschaft.
