Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

A. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

I. Anlagevermögen

1. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlicher Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgte in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt.

2. Zugänge an Vermögensgegenständen wurden ab dem Monat des Zugangs entsprechend zeitanteilig abgeschrieben.

3. Bei den geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern (AK/HK bis Euro 800,00 netto) wurde von der Möglichkeit der Sofortabschreibung Gebrauch gemacht.

II. Umlaufvermögen

1. Die Bewertung der fertigen und unfertigen Erzeugnisse erfolgte mit den Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

2. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit dem Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert berücksichtigt.

III. Passivposten

1. Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung im Schätzungswege ermittelt, soweit sie einer Einzelberechnung nicht zugänglich waren. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

2. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Sonstige Angaben

1. Als alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer war im Berichtsjahr bestellt:

2. Es bestanden zum 31.12.2023 Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren i.H.v. EUR 279.861,10.
3. Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag Forderungen i.H.v. Euro 1.203.807,20 i.S.v. § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG.
