Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die TA Bau GmbH, Barsbüttel, ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung und Darstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden und den Posten des Jahresabschlusses

Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde anhand der von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten Abschreibungstabellen ermittelt. Die Absetzungen für Abnutzung erfolgten linear.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren liegen nicht vor.

C. Sonstige Angaben

1. Angaben zu den Organen der Gesellschaft

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch den Geschäftsführer

Herrn Tomasz Izdebski, Schwarzenbek,

geführt.

Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

2. Angaben über Ausleihungen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern

Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer bestand am Bilanzstichtag eine Verbindlichkeiten von € 49,80.
