Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierung, Bewertung, Währungsumrechnung und Konsolidierung

Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Die dem Vorjahresabschluss zum 30. Juni 2022 zugrunde liegenden Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden werden unverändert fortgeführt.

Die Geschäftsleitung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern).

Informationen zur Bilanz

Die Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet worden. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen sind planmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen worden. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde anhand der von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten Abschreibungstabellen ermittelt. Soweit erforderlich sind die niedrigen beizulegenden Werte angesetzt worden.

Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis 800,00 EUR, wurde auch in der Handelsbilanz vom Wahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht und im Jahr der Anschaffung zugleich ein Abgang unterstellt.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben alle eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Für die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde eine Pauschalwertberichtigung in Höhe von 1% des Nettobetrages vorgenommen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Angaben

Anlagevermögen

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens und die Abschreibungen des laufenden Geschäftsjahres sind dem Abschreibungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen (§ 268 Absatz 2 Satz 3 HGB).

Haftungsverhältnisse

Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen im Sinne des § 285 Nummer 3 HGB.

Personalstand

Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 18 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
