Anhang

llgemeine Angaben:

Der Jahresabschluss der APERCO AG wurde auf der Grundlage der handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften sowie der einschlägigen Vorschriften des AktG aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 HGB gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 HGB wurde bei der Darstellung des Anhangs teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze:

Von dem Wahlrecht zur Aktivierung selbsterstellter immaterieller Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurde kein Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Zugänge zu den Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Bei der Folgebewertung wurden die Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten des abnutzbaren Sachanlagevermögens vermindert um planmäßige lineare oder degressive Abschreibungen gemäß der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer angesetzt. Bei der Bestimmung der Abschreibungsmethode wurde der tatsächliche Wertverzehr des Anlagevermögens beachtet.
Die Abschreibungen des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Soweit am Bilanzstichtag ein niedrigerer beizulegender Wert vorlag, wurde dieser angesetzt.

Bei der Bewertung der Forderungen wurden sämtliche erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr liegen nicht vor.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages nach § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB angesetzt. Dabei wurden die voraussichtlichen Kostensteigerungen bis zum jeweiligen Erfüllungstag berücksichtigt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen betreffen die Steuern für das laufende Geschäftsjahr.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet.

Latente Steuern
Die Befreiungsvorschrift des § 274a Nr. 5 HGB über die Abgrenzung latenter Steuern wurde in Anspruch genommen.

Angaben zur Bilanz:

Die Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2010 enthält keine Verbindlichkeit mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren.

Angaben nach § 160 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 AktG:

Das Gesamtkapital ist zerlegt in 50.000 Stückaktien zu je 1 Euro.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben:

Im Berichtsjahr wurde die Gesellschaft durch den Vorstand, Herrn Dipl.-Kfm. Jan Hübner, vertreten.
