Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der UNIBERG GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend dazu waren die Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach dem Schema des § 266 (2) HGB, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 (2) HGB aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 (1) HGB.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

- Bilanzierung und Bewertung im Einzelnen
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. zu Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibung wurde nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend handelsrechtlicher Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.
Die unfertigen Erzeugnisse sind mit den Pflichtbestandteilen der Herstellungskosten gemäß § 255 HGB bewertet worden. Bei den Abgängen sind die zeitlich zuerst entstandenen Kosten auch als erstes wieder als Bestandsminderungen berücksichtigt worden.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die neben den bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten bestehenden Eventualverbindlichkeiten wurden durch die Bildung entsprechender Rückstellungen berücksichtigt. Darüber hinausgehende Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HBG sind nicht zu vermerken.
Von den ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben folgende Beträge eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren: 0,00 Euro

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

- Angaben zur Vermittlung eines besseren Einblicks in die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage

Bilanz-, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften für das Wirtschaftsjahr grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage zutreffend wieder.

- Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:

Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des §181 BGB befreit.

- Angaben zu sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen

Es bestehen zum Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Miet-/Leasingverhältnissen mit einem Jahreswert von 148.337,82 Euro.

- Angaben zum Personalbestand

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres waren durchschnittlich 67 Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen beschäftigt

- Angaben zur Ergebnisverwendung

Das Jahresergebnis sowie etwaige Gewinn- oder Verlustvorträge sollen auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden.
