ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben

Die ISO 13 GmbH mit Sitz in Beelitz ist im Handelsregister mit der Rechtsform Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung eingetragen. Das Unternehmen wird beim Amtsgericht Potsdam unter der Handelsregister-Nummer HRB 38338 P geführt.

Vorliegender Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in seiner aktuellen Fassung erstellt.

Die Regelungen des GmbH- Gesetzes wurden ebenfalls berücksichtigt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Form der Darstellung wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Bei der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung kommt das Gesamtkostenverfahren zur Anwendung.

Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB verzichtet.

Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen

Die Forderungen und übrigen Aktiva wurden mit dem Nominalbetrag bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.

Rückstellungen wurden im Rahmen des § 249 HGB gebildet und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit ihrem wahrscheinlichen Erfüllungsbetrag bemessen. Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden gemäß § 253 Abs. 2 HGB mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Marktzinssatz der letzten sieben Jahre abgezinst.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen zum Abschlussstichtag nicht.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden mit fristadäquaten Zinssätzen abgezinst, die von der Deutschen Bundesbank bekannt gegeben worden sind. Für die Abzinsung der Rückstellungen betragen die Zinssätze für 2023 je nach Restlaufzeit 0,99 % bis 1,18 %.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen zum Abschlussstichtag in Höhe von 301,78 €.

Die Fälligkeiten der Verbindlichkeiten können dem Verbindlichkeitenspiegel entnommen werden.

Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen und Einzelwertberichtigungen wurden nicht vorgenommen.

Sonstige Angaben

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
