Gliederung
Die Bilanz ist nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 266 HGB) gegliedert, die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§§ 275 Abs. 2, 276 HGB) erstellt, wobei die Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften in Anspruch genommen wurden. Dabei kamen erstmals die Regelungen des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetztes (BilMoG) zur Anwendung.

Soweit sich durch das BilMoG Änderungen bei Ansatz und Bewertung von Bilanzposten ergeben haben, wurden die Vorjahreswerte nicht an die geänderten Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften angepasst. Somit ist der Vergleich mit dem Vorjahr nur eingeschränkt möglich.

Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Die Gesellschaftist zum Abschlussstichtag in Höhe von EUR 86.477,27 bilanziell überschuldet. Bei der Bewertung wird im Jahresabschluss trotz der bilanzielle Überschuldung von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen. Die Geschäftsführung geht davon aus, die Überschuldung durch eine positive Geschäftsentwicklung in der Zukunft beseitigen zu können.

Der Ansatz des Anlagevermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen.

Für geringwertige Anlagegüter mit einem Netto-Einzelwert von mehr als EUR 150,00 bis EUR 1.000,00 wurde in den Jahren 2008 und 2009 ein Sammelposten gebildet. Da die Höhe dieser jährlichen Sammelposten insgesamt von untergeordneter Bedeutung ist, werden pauschalierend jeweils 20 Prozent im Jahre, für dessen Zugänge er gebildet wurde, und den vier darauf folgenden Jahren abgeschrieben. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens werden im Übrigen zeitanteilig vorgenommen.

Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu netto EUR 410,00 sind im Berichtsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben worden.

Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die liquiden Mittel sind zum Nominalwert aktiviert.

Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten sind entsprechend dem voraussichtlichen Bedarf mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag gebildet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Sonstige Angaben
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen in Höhe von EUR 2.002,24.

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag von EUR 11.772,87 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
