Anhang

I. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Meßmer GmbH wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibung vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Wirtschaftsgüter im Geschäftsjahr linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 410,00 wurde im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen für Pensionsverpflichtungen wurden in Höhe von € 364.555,00 gebildet.

Es wurden hierbei folgende Rechnungsgrundlagen verwendet:

Als Rechnungsgrundlage dienten die Richttafeln 2005 G von Prof. Dr. Klaus Heubeck.

Als rechnungsmäßige Altersgrenze wurde jeweils das vertragliche zugesagte Pensionsalter angesetzt.

Ein Gehaltstrend wurde aufgrund der Festbetragszusage nicht berücksichtigt.

Zum 31.12.2015 betrugen die verpfändeten Ansprüche aus der Rückdeckungsversicherung € 21.285,58 und der Depotwert der Wertpapiere zur Finanzierung der Pensionsansprüche betrug € 188.534,08.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Sonstige Angaben : Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch die Geschäftsführerin Ingeborg Meßmer geführt.

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beträgt 19.723,23 EUR.
