financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften sind die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Im Rahmen der Anhangdarstellung wurde von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 267 HGB) Gebrauch gemacht.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist wie in den Vorjahren nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt worden.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsatze
Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten bewertet. Für
das Sachanlagevermögen wurden Abschreibungen planmäßig entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer in Anlehnung an die steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Von der sofortigen Abschreibung von geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern wird gem.§ 6 (2) EStG Gebrauch gemacht.
Die Zugänge des Sammelpostens gem. § 6 (2a) EStG werden ab dem Zugangsjahr mit jeweils einem Fünftel gewinnmindernd aufgelöst.
Die Bewertung der ,,Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen" und
,,sonstige Vermögensgegenstände" erfolgten zum Nennwert.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmannischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte zum Riickzahlungsbetrag.
III. Sonstige Angaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahrs lag die Führung der Geschäfte des Untemehmens bei Herm Rolf vom Stein, Herm Philippe A. R. Schaeffer und Herm Matthias Lohmann.
