Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2012 ist nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt und veröffentlicht. Auf die Hinterlegung für Kleinstunternehmen nach BiMoG wird verzicht.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte 7 Mitarbeiter. Zum Geschäftsführer bestellt ist Malte Jablonski.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um die planmäßige Abschreibungen, entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer, vermindert.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Forderungen gegenüber den Gesellschaftern betragen 10.216,09 € zum Bilanzstichtag.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffende, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.
