Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

I. Vorbemerkung

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses finden hinsichtlich der Bilanzierung und der Bewertung die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) Anwendung. Die Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Soweit die Inanspruchnahme steuerlicher Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungswahl-rechte einen entsprechenden Ansatz im Jahresabschluss vorsieht, folgt die Gesellschaft den steuerlichen Vorschriften.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den steuerlich aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen linear nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Sonderabschreibungen aufgrund steuerlicher Vorschriften werden separat ausgewiesen.
