Allgemeine Angaben
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 Abs. 1 Satz 2, 266 ff. HGB).
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Forderungen, sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Rückstellungen wurden mit dem Betrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um die Verpflichtung zu erfüllen.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Angaben zur Bilanz
Sämtliche Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.
Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten liegen unter einem Jahr.
Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von € 2.450,00 (Vorjahr: € 3.000,00).
Sonstige Angaben
Zu Geschäftsführern der Gesellschaft bestellt sind Herr Matthias Kless (Berater), Herr Zselko Puder (Kaufmann).
