Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde nach den geltenden Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

II. Anlagevermögen
Die Bewertung des Anlagevermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, jeweils abzüglich angemessener planmäßiger Abschreibungen.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen.
Die Zugänge des Berichtsjahres wurden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert.
Gegenstände des beweglichen Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis einschließlich 800 € wurden im Jahr des Zuganges voll abgeschrieben.
III. Umlaufvermögen
Vorräte an Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen, Waren und Anzahlungen auf Vorräte sind bilanziert zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bei Berücksichtigung eines ggf. zum Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren Teilwertes.
Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten und unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Forderungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr sind nicht enthalten.

IV. Verbindlichkeiten
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

V. Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

VI. KapitalDas gezeichnete Kapital ist in Höhe von 25.600,00 € wurde voll eingezahlt.

VII. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt: Frau Anke Samuelson

Der Geschäftsführer ist vom Selbstkontrahierungsverbot gem. § 181 BGB befreit.
