A. Allgemeine Angaben

1. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des HGB in der Fassung durch das BilRUG aufgestellt. Ergänzend wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes und des Gesellschaftsvertrages herangezogen.

2. Die Gesellschaft ist eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft i. S. von § 267a HGB.

3. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

B. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1. Bilanzierung und Bewertung im Anlagevermögen

Die immateriellen Vermögenswerte sind mit den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um zeitanteilige lineare Abschreibungen ausgewiesen.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen ausgewiesen. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgen linear entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer.

Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten für im Geschäftsjahr 2023 angeschaffte Wirtschaftsgüter mit einem Wert bis zu EUR 800,00 wurden in voller Höhe als Betriebskosten abgesetzt.

2. Bilanzierung und Bewertung im Umlaufvermögen

Die Vorräte werden mit den Anschaffungskosten bei Anwendung zulässiger Bewertungsvereinfachungsverfahren angesetzt. Halbfertige und fertige Leistungen wurden zu Herstellungskosten (Einzelkosten, angemessene Material- und Fertigungsgemeinkosten sowie Werteverzehr des Anlagevermögens, soweit durch die Fertigung veranlasst) ermittelt ohne Einbeziehung von Fremdkapitalzinsen.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurde den erkennbaren Ausfallrisiken durch Einzelwertberichtigung bzw. Abschreibung Rechnung getragen. Dem allgemeinen Ausfallrisiko bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde zusätzlich durch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung Rechnung getragen.

3. Bilanzierung und Bewertung sonstiger Bilanzposten
Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden nach den allgemeinen Vorschriften gebildet.

Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Bei Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden künftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen berücksichtigt und eine Abzinsung auf den Bilanzstichtag vorgenommen. Als Abzinsungssatz wurden die den Restlaufzeiten der Rückstellungen entsprechenden durchschnittlichen Zinssätze gemäß Rückstellungsabzinsungsverordnung verwandt. Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften, Aufwendungen
für innerhalb von drei Monaten nachzuholende Instandhaltung und Aufwendungen für Gewährleistungen ohne rechtliche Verpflichtungen waren am Bilanzstichtag nicht zu erwarten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

I. Bilanz

1. Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens sowie die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres ergeben sich aus dem der Bilanz beigefügten Anlagespiegel.

2. In den Positionen "Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände" und "Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten" sind keine Beträge größeren Umfangs enthalten, die erst nach dem Abschlussstichtag rechtlich entstehen.

3. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestanden nicht.

II. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

1. Außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen auf Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden nicht vorgenommen.

2. Erträge aus der Aktivierung selbstgeschaffener immaterieller Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens, der Aktivierung latenter Steuern und der Aktivierung von Vermögensgegenständen zum beizulegenden Zeitwert im Sinne des § 246 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB wurden nicht erzielt.
