zum Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Firma Aiven Deutschland GmbH mit Sitz in Berlin unter der Nummer HRB 209739 in das Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Berlin Berlin (Charlottenburg) eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 und 4 des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB). Die Erleichterungsvorschriften nach dem HGB werden in Anspruch genommen.

Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG).

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 I 2, 266 ff. HGB). Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Jahresabschluss 2023/2024 berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken; sie sind im Einzelnen unter den nachfolgenden Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzposten dargestellt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz zum 31. März 2024

Anlagevermögen

Zusammensetzung und Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens im Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024 sind aus dem Anlagespiegel ersichtlich. Die Anfangsbestände im Anlagespiegel sind zu ursprünglichen Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten angegeben. Neben den kumulierten Abschreibungen sind aus dem Anlagespiegel auch die Geschäftsjahresabschreibungen ersichtlich.

Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten bilanziert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestanden nicht.

In den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 1.437.085,91 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00) enthalten.

Eigenkapital

Die Zusammensetzung und Entwicklung des Eigenkapitals im Geschäftsjahr2023/2024 ist im einzelnen aus der Bilanz zum 31. März 2024 ersichtlich.

Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.

Rückstellungen

Steuerrückstellungen

Die Steuerrückstellungen sind nach Maßgabe der beabsichtigten Gewinnverwendung lt. Gewinnverwendungsvorschlag der Geschäftsführung berechnet.

Sonstige Rückstellungen

Die sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe desjenigen Betrages ausgewiesen, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung und Vorsicht zur Abgeltung der jeweiligen Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten erforderlich sein wird.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern von EUR 191.126,42 (Vorjahr: EUR 167.933,10).
