für das Geschäftsjahr2023
Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches i.d.F. des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich gem. § 267 HGB um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Die Gesellschaft beachtet außerdem die Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches erstmals in der Fassung, wie sie durch das Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetz (BiLRUG) geändert wurden.
Gem. § 284 Abs. 1 HGB sind im Anhang diejenigen Angaben zu machen, die zu den einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung vorgeschrieben oder im Anhang zu machen sind, weil sie in Ausübung eines Wahlrechtes nicht in der Bilanz oder in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung aufgenommen wurden. Nachfolgend ist berichtet, wenn Angaben zu folgenden Bilanzierungsgrundsätzen zu machen sind.
Sofern hierfür ein Wahlrecht besteht, werden Angaben im Anhang und nicht in der Bilanz oder Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gemacht.
Von der den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 288 Abs. 1 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde Gebrauch gemacht.
Angewandte Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden:
Die Bilanz wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 266 ff. HGB in Kontoform aufgestellt.
In der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde wie in den Vorjahren die Gliederung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt.
Da für eine klare und übersichtliche Darstellung aller geforderten Informationen der Raum in der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nicht ausreichend ist, werden die Ausweiswahlrechte überwiegend im Anhang dargestellt.
Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden, gegenüber dem Vorjahr unveränderten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Die Abschreibung auf Zugänge des Anlagevermögens erfolgte zeitanteilig.
Die Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten von abnutzbaren beweglichen Wirtschaftsgütern des Anlagevermögens, die einer selbständigen Nutzung fähig sind und deren Anschaffungskosten 800 Euro nicht übersteigen, wurden im Geschäftsjahr in voller Höhe als Betriebsausgaben abgezogen.
Die Forderungen, Wertpapiere und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die Bildung von Einzelwertberichtigungen war nicht erforderlich.
Das allgemeine Kreditrisiko wurde durch einen pauschalen Abschlag auf den Forderungsbestand berücksichtigt.
Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt 50.000,00 €.
Im Bilanzgewinn ist ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von 565.638,18 € enthalten.
Für passive latente Steuern wurde eine entsprechende Rückstellung gebildet.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages ausgewiesen.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
Grundsätzliche Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bilanzierungs- oder Bewertungswahlrechten sind nicht zu verzeichnen.
Bewertungsvereinfachungen nach § 240 Abs. 4 HGB oder § 256 S. 1 HGB wurden nicht angewandt.
Gliederung und Bewertung der Bilanz- und GuV-Posten entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. Einzelheiten sind dem beigefügten Erläuterungsbericht zu den einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses zu entnehmen.
Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung:
Verbindlichkeiten
Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit > 5 Jahre
Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 0,00 (Vorjahr: Euro 0,00).
Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind, beträgt Euro 0,00.
Die Zusammensetzung sowie die Laufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten sind aus folgendem Verbindlichkeitenspiegel ersichtlich:

Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung folgende Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses vor:
