Anhang

I. Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Die Dento Studio GmbH wird unter der HRB 94786 B beim Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg geführt.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt worden.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Bei der Erstellung des Anhangs wird von größenabhängigen Erleichterungen Gebrauch gemacht.

Zur Verbesserung der Übersichtlichkeit sind die bei den Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzubringenden Vermerke ebenso wie die Vermerke, die wahlweise in Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder Anhang anzubringen sind, insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

II. Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 ist nach den gleichen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wie im Vorjahr aufgestellt worden.

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bilanziert.

Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten und - soweit abnutzbar - grundsätzlich unter Berücksichtigung planmäßig linearer Abschreibungen auf der Basis der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauern. Die Ermittlung der Nutzungsdauern erfolgte auf der Grundlage der von der Finanzverwaltung herausgegebenen Abschreibungstabellen. Gegebenenfalls werden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen.

Die Zugänge zu geringwertigen Anlagegütern werden nach Maßgabe der steuerlichen Vorschriften sofort abgeschrieben und fiktiv als Sofortabgang erfasst.

Unter den Vorräten wird der Warenbestand unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten oder den niedrigeren Wiederbeschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Erkennbare Risiken sind - soweit erforderlich - durch entsprechende Bewertungsabschläge berücksichtigt.

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der Beträge angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich sind, um alle erkennbaren Risiken zu erfassen.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses zum 31. Dezember 2023

Die Forderungen sind in Höhe von T€ 272,5 innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen die Jahresabschlusskosten, die Garantieverpflichtungen, die Aufbewahrung der Geschäftsunterlagen sowie die Beiträge zur Berufsgenossenschaft.

Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten von insgesamt T€ 113,1 sind i. H. v. T€ 36,7 innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestehen nicht.

Die Sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten von insgesamt T€ 66,4 sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht.

Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter bestehen i. H. v. T€ 46,5.

IV. Sonstige Angaben
