Angaben zur Bewertung

Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff.) aufgestellt. Die ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften im Zweiten Abschnitt (§§ 264 ff.) wurden beachtet. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 (1) HGB. Sie hat die Erleichterungen der §§ 266 (1), 274a, 276, 288 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Die Gesellschaft ist nicht prüfungspflichtig nach § 316 (1) HGB.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftig kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Eine Änderung gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten ist nicht erfolgt.
