1. Allgemeine Angaben

1. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2017 ist nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt worden.

2. Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt.

3. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gewählt.

4. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

5. Größenmerkmale

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

1. Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der allgemeinen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften der §§ 238 ff, sowie der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

2. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

3. Anlagevermögen

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen ausgewiesen.

4. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen waren keine Wertberichtigungen erforderlich.

5. Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Ver-pflichtungen.

6. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen bilanziert.

3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Das Eigenkapital ist voll eingezahlt.

4. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
1. Eventualverbindlichkeiten

Es bestehen zum 31.12.2017 keine Eventualverbindlichkeiten.

2. Alleinvertretungsberechtigte und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreite Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Dr. Josef Westerhausen, Berlin.
