Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2022

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Berlin. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Berlin (Charlottenburg) unter der Nummer 215252 eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr wurde gemäß den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für Kaufleute (§§ 242 ff. HGB) und den ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1-3 HGB auf.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren/Umsatzkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt.

Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Going-Concern-Prämisse aufgestellt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:

AKTIVA
Anlagevermögen
Entgeltlich von Dritten erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und ihrer voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer entsprechend linear, im Zugangsjahr zeitanteilig, abgeschrieben. Dabei werden entgeltlich erworbene EDV-Programme über eine betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer von zwei bis drei Jahren abgeschrieben. Eine Ausnahme bilden die EDV-Programme mit Anschaffungskosten unter € 150; diese werden sofort in voller Höhe aufwandswirksam erfasst.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig. Die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer des Sachanlagevermögens beträgt 1 bis 13 Jahre.

In Bezug auf die Bilanzierung geringwertiger Wirtschaftsgüter wird handelsrechtlich die steuerrechtliche Regelung des § 6 Abs. 2 EStG angewendet. Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten von abnutzbaren beweglichen Wirtschaftsgütern des Anlagevermögens, die einer selbständigen Nutzung fähig sind, werden im Geschäftsjahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe als Aufwand erfasst, wenn die Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um einen darin enthaltenen Vorsteuerbetrag, für das einzelne Wirtschaftsgut € 250,00 nicht übersteigen. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten von mehr als € 250,00 und nicht mehr als € 800,00 € sind unter Angabe des Tages der Anschaffung sowie der Anschaffungskosten in das Anlagenverzeichnis aufgenommen, gleichzeitig in voller Höhe abgeschrieben und fiktiv als Abgang erfasst worden (Abgangsfiktion).

Liegen für Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens Anhaltspunkte für eine dauernde Wertminderung vor, erfolgt eine außerplanmäßige Abschreibung.

Umlaufvermögen
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. mit dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Bei Forderungen, deren Einbringlichkeit mit erkennbaren Risiken behaftet ist, werden angemessene Wertabschläge vorgenommen; uneinbringliche Forderungen werden abgeschrieben.

Geschäftsvorfälle in fremder Währung werden zum jeweiligen Tageskurs eingebucht. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung, deren Restlaufzeit nicht mehr als ein Jahr beträgt, sind mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Beträgt die Restlaufzeit mehr als ein Jahr, sind eventuelle Kursverluste am Bilanzstichtag berücksichtigt. Gewinne und Verluste aus der Umrechnung von Fremdwährungsgeschäften sind erfolgswirksam erfasst und in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung gesondert unter dem Posten "sonstige betriebliche Erträge" bzw. "sonstige betriebliche Aufwendungen" ausgewiesen.

Die flüssigen Mittel sind zum Nennwert am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt.

Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Auszahlungen vor dem Abschlussstichtag angesetzt, soweit sie Aufwand für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesem Zeitpunkt darstellen.

PASSIVA
Das gezeichnete Kapital wird zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Sonstige Rückstellungen umfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zu Bilanzposten

Anlagevermögen
Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist unter Angabe der Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten Posten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe von EUR 23.859 (Vorjahr: EUR 22.666) sowie Posten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr in Höhe von EUR 20.475 (Vorjahr: EUR 24.875).

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Restlaufzeit der Verbindlichkeiten liegt wie im Vorjahr vollständig innerhalb des nächsten Jahres.

Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse

Eventualverbindlichkeiten oder andere nicht aus der Bilanz ersichtliche wesentliche Haftungsverhältnisse i.S.d. § 251 HGB lagen zum Bilanzstichtag nicht vor.

Arbeitnehmer
Im Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich 13 Mitarbeiter (Vj. 11 Mitarbeiter) beschäftigt.

Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Am Bilanzstichtag bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Mietverträgen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren in Höhe von TEUR 464. Davon entfallen TEUR 90 auf das nächste Berichtsjahr.
