Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung, Erläuterung zur Bilanz

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Für die Aufstellung des Anhangs werden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 288 HGB und für die Offenlegung die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen des § 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2020 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte gemäß § 266 HGB.

Soweit Wahlrecht für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der devolute GmbH wurde auf Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Sachanlagevermögen

Der Bestandsnachweis der Gesellschaft für das Anlagevermögen wird in Form eines Anlageverzeichnisses geführt, das jährlich fortgeschrieben wird. Die Wirtschaftsgüter wurden mit ihren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Bewertung der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen erfolgte zum Nominalwert. Die übrigen Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt, da erkennbare Risiken nicht vorlagen.

Liquide Mittel

Der Bestand auf dem Bankkonto (Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten) wurde durch einen entsprechenden Kontoauszug nachgewiesen. Die Bewertung erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Eigenkapital

Als Eigenkapital ist der Betrag ausgewiesen, um den der Gesamtbetrag der auf der Aktivseite ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände den Gesamtbetrag der auf der Passivseite ausgewiesenen Schulden übersteigt. Der über das Stammkapital hinausgehende Teil des Eigenkapitals wird als Gewinnvortrag ausgewiesen.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftigen kaufmännischen Gesichtspunkten in ausreichender Höhe gebildet worden. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für weitere ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Fremdwährungsverbindlichkeiten bestanden nicht.

Haftungsverhältnisse aus nicht bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten gemäß §§ 251 und 268 Abs. 7 HGB bestanden am Bilanzstichtag ebenfalls nicht.
