1. Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1.1 Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte in Übereinstimmung mit den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 HGB.

Bei der Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten wurden sowohl die handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften der §§ 252 - 255 HGB und §§ 279 - 283 HGB als auch die bilanzsteuerrechtlichen Vorschriften berücksichtigt.

Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt höchstens mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, die der Verbindlichkeiten mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag, Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe der Beträge gebildet, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung der Risiken und möglichen Verpflichtungen erforderlich sein werden.

Änderungen der ursprünglich angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden nicht vorgenommen. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen.

Für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt worden.

1.2 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

A. Angaben zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt EUR 25.000,00. Es ist vollständig eingezahlt.

Der Jahresfehlbetrag des Geschäftsjahres beträgt EUR 3.348,74.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach vernünftiger
kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit ihren Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert. Der Bestand an Verbindlichkeiten und die Nachweise der übrigen Schuldposten ergeben sich aus den Kreditorenlisten, Kassenprotokollen, Tagesauszügen, Konten der Finanzbuchführung und sonstigen Unterlagen des Unternehmens.

Angaben über die Geschäftsführung

Die Geschäftsführung obliegt Herrn Henry Ernst.

Die Voraussetzungen des § 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB liegen hinsichtlich dieses Jahresabschlusses nicht vor.

Soweit dieser Anhang keine Angaben über sonstige, nach §§ 264 ff, 284 ff HGB angabepflichtige Sachverhalte enthält, haben diese im Geschäftsjahr nicht vorgelegen.
