financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen

Die Glassnode GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in 10719 Berlin und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter HRB 233762 eingetragen.

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss und zur Offenlegung

Die Glassnode GmbH wird in der Rechtsform einer Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung betrieben und hat als „Kleine Kapitalgesellschaft“ i.S. des § 267 Abs.1 HGB den Jahresabschluss nach den §§ 264 ff.HGB aufzustellen.

Der Jahresabschluss der Glassnode GmbH zum 31.12.2024 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleine Kapitalgesellschaft, von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 und § 288 Satz 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung erfolgt nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256a HGB vorgenommen. Die Geschäftsführung geht bei der Bewertung von einer Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit aus. Die Sondervorschriften der §§ 264 bis 288 HGB für Kapitalgesellschaften betreffend Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung wurden berücksichtigt.

Ein Wechsel der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

AKTIVA

Anlagevermögen

Sachanlagen
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer linear vorgenommen.

Die Abschreibungen im Geschäftsjahr 2024 auf Sachanlagen betrugen € 800,00 (Vorjahr: € 1.457,00).

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis € 800,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben (€ 282,98 (Vorjahr: € 970,84)).

Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken mit dem Nennwert. Die Forderungen sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten
Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten
Die Abgrenzungsposten enthalten Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

PASSIVA

Eigenkapital
Das gezeichnete Kapital entspricht dem im Handelsregister als Stammeinlage eingetragenen Nominalbetrag.

Rückstellungen
Die Bildung der Rückstellungen erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme.

Verbindlichkeiten
Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
