Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023, bestehend aus Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie Anhang, wurde nach den Rechnungslegungs-Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft rechnet gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB zu den kleinen Kapitalgesellschaften, die hierfür geltenden Vereinfachungsregelungen wurden angewandt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde unverändert das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden nur bei entgeltlichem Erwerb zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet.

Die Abschreibungen werden nach Maßgabe der gewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer gemäß den amtlichen AfA-Tabellen berechnet. Abschreibungen auf Zugänge an abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen des Anlagevermögens werden linear vorgenommen.

Die Zugänge an geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern, sofern sie selbständig bewertbar und nutzbar sind, werden gemäß § 8 Abs. 1 KStG in Verbindung mit § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr der Anschaffung oder Herstellung in voller Höhe aufgelöst.

Die unter den Vorräten ausgewiesenen Bestände werden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalbeträgen bewertet.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit ihren Nominalbeträgen angesetzt.

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Auszahlungen vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Im vorliegenden Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Angaben zu Positionen der Bilanz

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem als Anlage beigefügten Anlagespiegel.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände zum 31. Dezember 2023 haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Im Gesamtbetrag zum 31. Dezember 2023 sind keine Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern enthalten.

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt Euro 25.000,00 Euro. Die Einlage wurde vollständig eingezahlt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Im Gesamtbetrag zum 31. Dezember 2023 sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von Euro 996,34 (Vorjahr: Euro 1.605,55) enthalten.

Die Laufzeiten der ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:

Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Die Umsatzerlöse wurden zu 94,93% im Inland erzielt.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden durchschnittlich 28 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Auf die Angaben der Bezüge der Geschäftsführung wird unter Verweis auf § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet.
