Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss und zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Allgemeines

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

Die Gesellschaft ist nach den Größenkriterien des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung. Die für kleine Gesellschaften gemäß § 266 HGB und § 276 HGB eingeräumten Erleichterungen bei der Gliederung der Bilanz wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses gemäß §§ 274a, 288 und 326 HGB wurde für Zwecke der Offenlegung Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Wertangaben im Anhang wurden auf volle Tausend Euro (TEUR) gerundet.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten oder mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Alle risikobehafteten Posten ist durch die Bildung angemessener Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Auf die Abgrenzung latenter Steuern wurde gem. § 274a Nr. 4 HGB verzichtet.

Auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Devisenkassamittelkurs zum Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet.

Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden auf der Aktivseite Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Auf der Passivseite werden als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Einnahmen vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten in Höhe von TEUR 32 (i. Vj. TEUR 105) Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter.

Für alle weiteren Forderungen unter den Posten Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände beträgt die Restlaufzeit weniger als ein Jahr.

Eigenkapital

Das Gezeichnete Kapital beträgt TEUR 25 (i. Vj. TEUR 25). Zum Bilanzstichtag waren die Einlagen in voller Höhe erbracht.

Sonstige Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden im Wesentlichen für ausstehende Rechnungen und den Jahresabschluss gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten

Für Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 337 TEUR wurde von Drittgläubigern Rangrücktrittserklärungen abgegeben.

Für alle Verbindlichkeiten beträgt die Restlaufzeit weniger als ein Jahr.

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind unbesichert.

Im Jahresdurchschnitt beschäftigte die Gesellschaft keine (i. Vj. keine) Arbeitnehmer.
