Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Entwicklung, Beratung, Training und Vertrieb von Software Engineering Methoden und Tools. Der Jahresabschluss der Firma microTOOL GmbHwurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.

Wirtschaftsgüter des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit sie der Abnutzung unterlagen um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen. Sonderabschreibungen erfolgten nicht.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalwert ausgewiesen. Dem Ausfallrisiko wurde durch die Bildung einer Pauschalwertberechtigung Rechnung getragen. Die Bankbestände sind durch Kontenauszüge der Kreditinstitute zum Stichtag nachgewiesen.

Der Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde für Zahlungen gebildet, die in 2024 geleistet wurden, jedoch erst Aufwand in 2025 bilden. Insbesondere handelt es sich hierbei um Gebühren für die Nutzung des Internets und anderer elektronischer Plattformen sowie Zahlungen zu Versicherungen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt und resultieren aus dem laufenden Geschäftsbetrieb der Gesellschaft.

Unter passiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Zahlungseingänge auf Wartungsverträge ausgewiesen, die erst die Folgejahre betreffen.
