Allgemeine Angaben

• Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

• Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

• Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

• Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Einzelanschaffungs- oder -herstellungswert bis zu Euro 150 wurden grundsätzlich im Jahre des Zugangs aktiviert und in vollem Umfang gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG abgeschrieben.

• Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Einzelanschaffungs- oder -herstellungswert zwischen Euro 150 und Euro 1.000 wurden grundsätzlich im Jahre des Zugangs aktiviert und werden gem. § 6 Abs. 2a EStG abgeschrieben.

• Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
