ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des am 1.Januar 1986 in Kraft getretenen Bilanzrichtliniengesetzes erstellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma palugu Software GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Ergänzend hierzu waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und - soweit abnutzbar - um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlbetrag angesetzt.

Der nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckte Fehlbetrag beträgt 5.580,06 €. Es wurde ein Eigenkapital ersetzendes Darlehen in Höhe von 15.647 € gewährt.
