Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft MaNidus GmbH mit Sitz in Berlin (Otto-Suhr-Allee 115, 10585 Berlin), eingetragen im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Berlin, Nr. HRB 206310, weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2022 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen in der Fassung des BilRUG sowie der Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenständen des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich den Anschaffungsnebenkosten bilanziert und, sofern deren Nutzung zeitlich begrenzt ist, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich den Anschaffungsnebenkosten bilanziert und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert oder mit dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren Wert angesetzt.

Die Bankguthaben sowie der Kassenbestand werden jeweils zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Unter den aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, sofern sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.

Die Rückstellungen sind mit ihrem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Die bis zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzaufstellung gewonnenen Erkenntnisse sind dabei berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände in Höhe von 84 TEUR (Vorjahr 29 TEUR) gliedern sich in Restlaufzeiten von einem bis fünf Jahre in Höhe von 23 TEUR (Vorjahr 10 TEUR) und mit Fälligkeit innerhalb eines Jahres von 61 TEUR (Vorjahr 19 TEUR).

Alle Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres Fällig.

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

V. Sonstige Erläuterungs- und Angabepflichten

Während des Geschäftsjahres waren im Unternehmen durchschnittlich 10 (Vorjahr: 11) Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Die Gesellschaft wurde im Geschäftsjahr durch den Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer Markus Nitschke vertreten.

Der Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer übernimmt eine selbstschuldnerische Bürgschaft für die Gesellschaft in Höhe von 11 TEUR.
Weitere Angabepflichten entfallen, da es sich hier um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft handelt.
