I. Allgemeine Angaben

Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft:

• Registergericht: Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg, HRB 115012

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) gewählt.

Zur Gliederung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurde von der Regelung des § 265 Abs. 5 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und die Postenbezeichnungen "Ähnliche Rechte und Werte" sowie "EDV-Software" eingefügt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewendeten Ansatz- und Bewertungsmethoden werden stetig angewendet.

Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgt unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB).

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen angesetzt. Bewegliche Anlagegegenstände werden ausschließlich linear abgeschrieben.

Die angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter bis zu einem Wert in Höhe von 250 € werden in Übereinstimmung mit den steuerlichen Vorschriften gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in voller Höhe als Betriebsausgabe abgesetzt.

Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter, deren Werte 250 € aber nicht 1.000 € übersteigen, wurde ein Sammelposten gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG gebildet, der in Übereinstimmung mit den steuerlichen Vorschriften im Jahr der Anschaffung und in den folgenden vier Geschäftsjahren jeweils zu einem Fünftel gewinnmindernd aufgelöst wird.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch angemessene Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

Die flüssigen Mittel werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung mit dem notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Der Anlagespiegel gem. § 284 Abs. 3 HGB ist diesem Anhang in Form eines separaten Ausdruckes angefügt.

Die Darstellung des Eigenkapitals erfolgt gemäß § 272 HGB unter Berücksichtigung des Gesellschaftsvertrages. Die Bilanz wurde vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurde die Geschäftsführung durch die folgenden Personen wahrgenommen: Prof. Dr. Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Ahnert, Dr. Stefan Feistel.

Ergebnisverwendung: Die Geschäftsführung schlägt in Übereinstimmung mit den Gesellschaftern vor, den Gewinnvortrag einschließlich des Jahresüberschusses auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
