Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben
Die Gesellschaft hat die Größenordnung einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Absatz 1 HGB. Sie hat von den Erleichterungen des § 264 Absatz 1 Satz 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes verzichtet.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das bisher angewandte Gesamtkostenverfahren beibehalten.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer vermindert.

Bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände mit Einzelanschaffungskosten von bis zu 800,00 EUR wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Vereinnahmte Zuschüsse zu Investitionen in Form von Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten werden im Sonderposten ausgewiesen und entsprechend der Nutzungsdauer linear aufgelöst.

Die Bewertung des Warenbestandes erfolgte mit den Anschaffungskosten nach § 255 Abs. 1 HGB unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips gemäß § 253 Abs. 4 HGB.

Die Bewertung der unfertigen Leistungen erfolgte gemäß § 255 Abs. 2 HGB mit den steuerlich zulässigen Herstellungskosten. Es handelt sich um Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens, die zum Bilanzstichtag noch nicht fertig gestellt waren.

Die Bewertung der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert.

Die Bewertung der flüssigen Mittel erfolgte zu Nennwerten.

Rückstellungen wurden für alle erkennbaren Risiken gebildet. Die sonstigen Rückstellen betreffen überwiegend Personalaufwendungen. Sie bemessen sich nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung und sind notwendig wie ausreichend.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Die Verbindlichkeiten gliedern sich wie folgt:

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind 54,3 TEUR (im Vorjahr 26,9 TEUR) aus Steuern und 2,4 TEUR (im Vorjahr 2 TEUR) aus sozialer Sicherheit enthalten.

Verbindlichkeiten im Gesamtbetrag von 232,1 TEUR waren durch Pfandrechte und ähnliche Rechte gesichert, dies betraf im Einzelnen Grundschulden an dem Betriebsgrundstück.

C. Geschäftsführer
Geschäftsführer waren im gesamten Geschäftsjahr Herr Dahlbüdding und Herr Buße. Auf die Angabe der Bezüge wird gemäß § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet. Sie sind alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

D. Sonstige Angaben
Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB bestehen nicht.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr im Durchschnitt einundzwanzig Mitarbeiter.

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Berlin, sie wird beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Berlin-Charlottenburg unter der Nummer HRB 122897 B geführt.
