Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss ist gemäß § 264a Abs. 1 HGB nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften
geltenden Vorschriften aufgestellt. Die besonderen Bestimmungen des § 264c HGB wurden beachtet. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft und Co. gemäß § 264a Abs. 1 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Bemessung der Nutzungsdauern beruht auf branchenüblichen Erfahrungen, die sich mit den Angaben in den steuerlichen Abschreibungstabellen decken. Die Bewertung des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert. Soweit Ausfallrisiken ersichtlich waren, erfolgten im Einzelfall angemessene Wertberichtigungen.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungen sind nach dem Grundsatz vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bewertet worden und berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und erkennbaren Risiken. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 ergibt sich aus einem vorliegenden Anlagenspiegel.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben in Höhe von EUR 44.962 eine Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr (im Vorjahr EUR 76.094), die restlichen bis zu einem Jahr und sind durch eine Offene-Posten-Liste zum 31. Dezember 2023 nachgewiesen.
Es bestehen Umsatzsteuerforderungen gegenüber dem deutschen Fiskus in Höhe von EUR 8.284 sowie gegenüber Steuerbehörden im EU-Ausland in Höhe von EUR 2.921. Hinsichtlich der Gewerbesteuer wird mit einer Erstattung der Vorauszahlungen in Höhe von EUR 4.981 gerechnet. Die restlichen sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Höhe von EUR 2.672 und wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von größer einem Jahr.

Eigenkapital
Der Kapitalanteil der persönlich haftenden Gesellschafterin beträgt EUR 2.556.
Die Kapitalanteile der Kommanditisten bestehen aus den festen Kapitalanteilen der Gesellschafter in Höhe von EUR 486.000 (im Vorjahr EUR 513.000) sowie aus Gesellschafterdarlehen in Höhe von insgesamt EUR 609.342 (im Vorjahr EUR 654.488),
welche sich in variable Kapitalanteile EUR 509.342 und in einen Ausgleichsposten für aktivierte eigene Anteile EUR 100.000 (im Vorjahr gleicher Wert) aufteilen.
Der Ausgleichsposten für aktivierte eigene Anteile besteht für die Geschäftsanteile an der Komplementärin, DMS Deutsche Möbelspedition Beteiligungs-GmbH, in Höhe von EUR 100.000 gemäß § 264c Abs. 4 HGB.

Rückstellungen
Die Rückstellungen ergeben sich aus folgender Übersicht:

In den Sonstigen Rückstellungen sind Verbindlichkeiten für bereits bezogene Leistungen in Höhe von EUR 33.688 enthalten (im Vorjahr EUR 90.480), für die bis zum Bilanzstichtag die Rechnungen noch nicht vorlagen (Verbindlichkeitsrückstellungen).

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr und sind durch eine Offene-Posten-Liste zum 31. Dezember 2023 nachgewiesen.

In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Rückzahlungen von Gesellschafteranteilen in Höhe von EUR 138.000 (im Vorjahr EUR 75.000) enthalten. Diese haben in Höhe von EUR 120.000 eine Restlaufzeit von über einem Jahr (im Vorjahr EUR 54.000). Die verbleibenden Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Anzahl der Mitarbeiter
In der Gesellschaft wurden im Berichtsjahr 2023 durchschnittlich 14 (im Vorjahr 14) Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Organe der Gesellschaft
Persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin ist die DMS Deutsche Möbelspedition Beteiligungs-GmbH mit Sitz in Berlin. Das voll eingezahlte Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt wie im Vorjahr EUR 43.459.
