Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss der Firma BOROS GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt.

Die Gesellschaft macht bei der Aufstellung der Bilanz und des Anhangs von den Erleichterungen der §§ 266, 274a und 288 HGB Gebrauch. Ein Lagebericht war gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB nicht aufzustellen. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt.

Die Gesellschaft ist unter der Nummer HRB 220132 im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Berlin eingetragen.

II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen die folgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und werden, sofern der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Geringwertige Anlagegüter bis zu einem Netto-Einzelwert von EUR 800,00 sind im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben bzw. als Aufwand erfasst worden; ihr sofortiger Abgang wurde unterstellt. Die Abschreibungen wurden im Jahr des Zugangs zeitanteilig vorgenommen.

Die unter den Beteiligungen ausgewiesenen Anteilsrechte werden zu Anschaffungskosten ausgewiesen.

Die in Arbeit befindlichen Aufträge wurden mit den Herstellungskosten aktiviert.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Bei der Bewertung wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die flüssigen Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert.

Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde für Auszahlungen vor dem Bilanzstichtag gebildet, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag darstellen.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Sie wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Im Jahresdurchschnitt beträgt die Anzahl der Beschäftigten für das Geschäftsjahr 32 (Vj. 32).
