Anhang

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Der Jahresabschluss der fiveandfriends GmbH wurde auf den Grundlagen der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB. Die Vermögens- und Schuldposten sowie die Aufwendungen und Erträge sind den einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses zutreffend zugeordnet. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungsvorschriften der §§ 266 Abs. 1, 274a, 276 und 288 HGB wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246 bis 251 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatzvorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften nach den §§ 268, 274a und 276 bis 278 erstellt. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 252 bis 256 bzw. der §§ 279 bis 283 HGB.

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800 wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Liquide Mittel und Forderungen sind mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen wurden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen beinhalten ausschließlich Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist unter Angabe der Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres im Anlagenspiegel, der Bestandteil des Anhangs ist, dargestellt.

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt Euro 0,00.

Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Stefan Stüdemann geführt.

Die durchschnittliche Zahl der während des Geschäftsjahres im Unternehmen beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 8.
