I. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 der Arifi Fassadensanierungen GmbH, Berlin, ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt worden.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert worden.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. v. § 267 HGB.

II. Angaben zu Posten der Bilanz

Der Ansatz der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zu Nennwerten.

Die liquiden Mittel - Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten - sind zum Nennwert bewertet.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Sie wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännische Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind nach der von der Geschäftsführung abgegebenen Erklärung vollständig und richtig erfasst worden. Die Bewertung zum Rückzahlungsbetrag.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung durch Herrn Rdjep Dervisi, Berlin.
