Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2024
I. Allgemeines
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff.) aufgestellt worden. Die ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften im Zweiten Abschnitt (§§ 264 ff.) wurden - soweit dies nach ihrem Inhalt in Frage kam - beachtet.
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB werden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.
Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt gemäß § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 276 HGB wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.
Der Jahresabschluss ist nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt.
II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Einzelwertberichtigungen waren nicht zu bilden. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
Liquide Mittel werden zum Nennwert bilanziert.
Die Rückstellungen beinhalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Bewertung erfolgt in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung zur Erfüllung der Verpflichtungen notwendigen Betrags.
Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Das Sachanlagevermögen enthält Fahrzeuge, sonstige Transportmittel sowie diverse Büro- und Betriebseinrichtung nebst Werkzeugen.
Sämtliche Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr.
Die Sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betreffen, Sicherheitseinbehalte (T€152, Laufzeit zwischen 1 und 5 Jahre), Kautionen von T€6 sowie sonstige Forderungen.
Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 25.000,00 und ist voll eingezahlt.
Die Rückstellungen sind für Körperschaft- und Gewerbesteuer 2023 sowie für sonstige, das Geschäftsjahr 2024 wirtschaftlich betreffende Aufwendungen gebildet.
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben eine Laufzeit von unter einem Jahr
Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten betreffen Verbindlichkeiten aus Lohnsteuer, sozialer Sicherheit und gegen Gesellschafter sowie sonstige Verbindlichkeiten
Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Eventualverbindlichkeiten gemäß § 268 Abs. 7 HGB.
IV. Sonstige Angaben
Der Geschäftsführer der Melnic Stroi GmbH ist Herr Mykhailo Melnic. Er ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
