Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen
Die Nurtech Bau GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Berlin (Charlottenburg) unter HRB 120271 eingetragen.

II. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Der Jahresabschluss
wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbHG aufgestellt. Bei der Firma Nurtech Bau GmbH handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne § 267 HGB. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 266 I, 276, 288 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.

III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die dem Vorjahresabschluss zugrunde liegenden Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden werden unverändert fortgeführt.
Die Geschäftsführung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern).
Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.
Die Sofortabschreibung nach § 6 Abs. 2 EStG bei Wirtschaftsgütern mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 wurde auch für die Handelsbilanz angewandt.
Die Bewertung der Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten oder niedrigeren Zeitwerten.
In Arbeit befindliche Aufträge wurden mit den Herstellungskosten bewertet.
Das Ausweiswahlrecht gemäß § 268 Abs. 5 S. 2 HGB wurde in Anspruch genommen. Erhaltene Anzahlungen auf Bestellungen wurden entsprechend vom Posten "Vorräte" offen abgesetzt.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nominalwert zum Bilanzstichtag bewertet worden.
Das Eigenkapital wurde entsprechend § 272 HGB aufgegliedert.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle am Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

IV. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
Anlagevermögen
Der angefügte Anlagenspiegel ist integraler Bestandteil des Anhangs.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr betragen EUR 966.315,25 (Vorjahr EUR 253.938,88).
Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichkeiten
- aus Steuern in Höhe von EUR 58.152,44 (Vorjahr EUR 68.337,62)
- im Rahmen der sozialen Sicherheit von EUR 14.869,15 (Vorjahr EUR 5.812,61)

V. Sonstige Pflichtangaben
Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden durchschnittlich 25 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
Während des Geschäftsjahres 2023 wurden die Geschäfte geführt von:

Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer bestehen die nachfolgenden Rechte und Pflichten:
Forderungen Verrechnungskonto EUR 5.157,51 (Vorjahr EUR 1.212,93). Das Verrechnungs-konto wird mit 3,0% verzinst.
Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
