Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2022 der RIDULA GMBH wurde gemäß §§ 247 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten bilanziert und werden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird soweit abnutzbar, nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige, lineare Abschreibung vermindert.

Die Abschreibung auf Zugänge des Sachanlagevermögens werden im Übrigen zeitanteilig vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden auf der Aktivseite Auszahlungen, die in der Zukunft Aufwand und auf der Passivseite Einzahlungen, die in der Zukunft Ertrag darstellen ausgewiesen.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags (d. h. einschließlich zukünftiger Kosten- und Preissteigerungen) angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Verbindlichkeiten

Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Laufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr.

Haftungsverhältnisse

Am Abschlussstichtag bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse.

D. Sonstige Angaben
Größenklassifikation

Die Gesellschaft war zum 31. Dezember 2022 als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen, da die Bilanzsumme unter EUR 6.000.000 betrug, Umsatzerlöse von über EUR 12.000.000 nicht überschritten wurden und die Zahl der Arbeitnehmer im Jahresdurchschnitt unter 50 lag.
