Anhang

Allgemeine Hinweise
Die Forge Europe GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Berlin. Die Gesellschaft wird beim Amtsgericht Berlin unter der Registernummer HRB 240763 geführt.
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2023 wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften (§ 267 Abs.2 i.V. m. § 267a Abs.3 Nr. 3 HGB).
Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB in Bezug auf die Angaben im Anhang wurden teilweise in Anspruch genommen.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert.
Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde weitestgehend der Vermerk in den Anhang aufgenommen.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.
Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen basierend auf der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vermindert (§ 253 Abs. 1 S. 1 HGB).
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden am Bilanzstichtag in Übereinstimmung mit § 253 Abs. 4 HGB in Höhe ihres beizulegenden Wertes angesetzt.
Liquide Mittel sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Die Rückstellungen enthalten Rückstellungen für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Die Rückstellungen wurden gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 HGB in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Bei der Rückstellungsbewertung werden zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen miteinbezogen.
Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten Steuerrückforderungen und haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten beinhalten Ausgaben, die Aufwand für die nächste Periode darstellen.
Eigenkapital
Die Darstellung des Eigenkapitals entspricht den Vorgaben des § 272 HGB. Das Stammkapital ist mit dem Nennwert angesetzt und stimmt mit den Angaben im Handelsregister überein.
Die Kapitalrücklagen beinhalten Kapitalrücklagen aus sonstigen Zuzahlungen der Gesellschafter in das Eigenkapital der Gesellschaft nach § 272 Abs. 2 Nr. 4 HGB in Höhe von TEUR 13.775.
Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten ausschließlich Rückstellungen für ausstehende Rechnungen für im Geschäftsjahr 2023 erhaltene Leistungen, die erst in der Folgeperiode berechnet werden.

Die sonstigen betrieblichen Aufwendungen beinhalten im Wesentlichen Rechtsberatungskosten in Höhe von TEUR 504, Fremdleistungen in Höhe von TEUR 146, die von der Tochtergesellschaft weiterbelastete Kosten in Höhe von TEUR 332, Personalbeschaffungskosten in Höhe von TEUR 60, externe IT-Dienstleistungen in Höhe von TEUR 378 sowie Reise- und Werbekosten in Höhe von TEUR 97.
