Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierung, Bewertung, Währungsumrechnung und Konsolidierung

Die ODE.systems GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Bernau und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister beim:

Registergericht:	Potsdam
Registernummer:	HRB 30863P

Die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG).

Die Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses wurden nur bei der Erstellung des Anhangs in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.

Die Geschäftsleitung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern). Gründe, die gegen die Fortführung sprechen, sind nicht erkennbar.

Informationen zur Bilanz

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet worden. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen sind planmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen worden. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde anhand der von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten Abschreibungstabellen ermittelt.

Der im Bilanzverlust enthaltene Verlustvortrag beträgt 63.415,22 EUR.

Sonstige Angaben

Zum Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB.
