Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

CLC Xinteg GmbH

I. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden in Übereinstimmung mit den §§ 242 bis 256 und §§ 264 bis 283 HGB aufgestellt.

Soweit im Berichtsjahr hinsichtlich der im Vorjahr von den Gliederungsvorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG abweichenden Positionen der Bilanz- und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Veränderungen vorgenommen wurden, wurde dem Prinzip der Darstellungsstetigkeit (§ 265 Abs. 1 HGB) durch Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen entsprochen.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Sachanlagen
Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet. Die Zugänge des beweglichen Anlagevermögens werden im Zugangsjahr zeitanteilig abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Forderungen sowie sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert vermindert um Wertberichtigungen und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt.

Flüssige Mittel
Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Rückstellungen
Rückstellungen wurden mit dem Betrag angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung nach den Verhältnissen am Abschlussstichtag zur Erfüllung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Nominal- bzw. Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet.

Anlagevermögen
Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagespiegel in der Anlage zu diesem Anhang zu entnehmen.

IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Keine Angaben zur Veröffentlichung gemäß § 326 S. 1 HGB.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Organe
Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr Herr Michael Langlotz, Gries, Herr Christian Bach, Nalbach und Herr Christian Becker aus Neunkirchen.
Mitarbeiterzahl
Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der Beschäftigten im Jahr 2023 betrug 45 Mitarbeiter.
