Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss der Schiestel & Co. GmbH wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den Vorschriften des GmbHG erstellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften.

Die nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften bei den Posten von Bilanz oder Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung anzubringenden Vermerke ebenso die Vermerke, die wahlweise in Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder Anhang anzubringen sind, werden ausschließlich im Anhang aufgeführt.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Anlagevermögen

Die erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet und wurden, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, entsprechend ihrer Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen nach der linearen Methode.

Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt.

Die Abschreibungen wurden unter Bezug auf die branchenüblichen Nutzungsdauern errechnet.

Umlaufvermögen

Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und der Kassenbestand sind mit den Nominalwerten angesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Die dem Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten zu Grunde liegenden Aufwendungen sind zeitanteilig abgegrenzt.

Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten

Die Gesellschaft hat zur Berechnung der Pensionsrückstellungen die Projected Unit Credit Method gewählt. Als Rechnungszins wurden 5,14% angesetzt; als Sterbetafeln kamen die Richttafeln 2005 G von Klaus Heubeck zum Ansatz. Rentenanpassungen sind mit 1,75% p.a. eingerechnet.

Die übrigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet; sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Von den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen (256.388,11 EUR) haben insgesamt 104.224,54 EUR eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr.

Verbindlichkeiten

Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.

Atypisch stille Beteiligungen

Aufgrund der einheitlichen und gesonderten Gewinnfeststellung der Schiestel & Co. GmbH und Still entfällt auf die Gesellschaft ein Ergebnisanteil von -5.269,94 EUR.
