A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss auf den 31. Dezember 2021 ist nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) erstellt.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.
Nach § 267a HGB ist diese Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.

B. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Sonstige Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert.

1. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen
Alle Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. In den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von 43.215 € (Vj. 5.133 €) enthalten.
Bei den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen waren keine erkennbaren Einzelrisiken durch Zuführungen zu Wertberichtigungen zu berücksichtigen.
