A. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

I. Anlagevermögen


1. Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend steuerlicher Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

II. Umlaufvermögen

1. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständewurden mit dem Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

III. Passivposten

1. Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung im Schätzungswege ermittelt, soweit sie einer Einzelberechnung nicht zugänglich waren. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

2. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Sonstige Angaben

1. Als alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer war im Berichtsjahr bestellt:

2. Es bestanden zum 31.12.2018 keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit
von mehr als 5 Jahren.

3. Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag Forderungen i.H.v.
Euro 25.293,24 und Verbindlichkeiten i.H.v. Euro 0,- i.S.v. § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG.
